DESCRIPTION:Help of Ojai\n108 South Montgomery Street\nOjai\n93023 \n  \nParty Bridge- Mondays at 9:00AM – 12:00PM \nCash only/ masks required \n  \nChair Yoga – Wednesdays from 10:00am – 11:00am \nJoin us for chair yoga designed for seniors with limited mobility or new to yoga.  Wednesdays from 10:00am – 11:00am\, September 14th thru October 26th. \nChair Yoga is taught by certified yoga instructors.  Open to Ojai Valley Residents 55 or older.  $5.00 Suggested Donation. Vaccination required. \n  \nPhysio Ed- Fridays from 10:00am – 11:00am \nJoin us for gentle physical exercise geared towards seniors.  Fridays from 10:00am – 11:00am.  September & October –  All levels welcome.  This is a streamed physio education class designed by Dr. Kathy Doubleday\, a local physical therapist. Participants benefit from lower instances of chronic conditions caused by aging such as osteoporosis\, balance issues\, and hypertension.  The class is a streamed chair class\, while trained facilitators observe the class to offer help when needed and watch for safety.  $5.00 Suggested Donation. Vaccination required. \n  \nIntermediate Guitar – Fridays from 1:00pm-2:00pm \nLearn guitar in a fun and supportive environment.  Fridays from 1:00pm-2:00pm \nAll levels welcome.  Open to Ojai Valley Residents 55 or older.  $5.00 Suggested Donation.
