If we learn how to re-frame the pieces of our past and re-vision our life story so that suffering becomes meaningful\, we can radically boost our chances of healing and growth. As we begin a new year\, this workshop will be an inspiring way to enjoy some introspection and self-reflection for both writers and for those who simply enjoy writing exercises or keeping a journal. There will be time to share\, get feedback\, meet other participants from around the world – both ‘live’ in Ojai\, CA and via Zoom.
