30 minute seated breath and movement explorations based on the Feldenkrais Method.  This series of 10 lessons offers an innovative approach for sitting comfortably and moving through life with greater ease, while reducing effort and interrupting patterns that can perpetuate discomfort.

All classes are stand-alone.  Recordings available if unable to attend live.
