A Fundraiser for MyFriendsPlace.org

Virtual, Sundays May 3rd & 17th, 6 – 7 pm    

Harmonizing through breath, gentle movement and somatic meditation.

Awareness of the body’s energy, vibration and sensations naturally uncovers volumes of space and the effortless stream of BEING… allowing stress and anxiety to dissolve.  Breath is our guide, movement our vehicle to bring our body/mind out of stress and into balance.  In lieu of class fee, please consider a donation to MyFriendsPlace.org, assisting and inspiring homeless youth.
