SOMATIC SANCTUARY – Restorative Somatic Movement Class

Time:  9:30 – 11 am

o    Teacher:  Mary Jo Healy

o    Description:  Learn self-care movements and practices to release tight muscles and places in the body and become more aware of habitual muscle tensions in order to release and let them go.  With sensation as your guide, you are re-training your brain to send the correct information to the muscles (relax or contract) to allow for good muscle function and ease in your body.
