Beginning on Sunday, October 4th at 10AM, I will be offering my second Mindfulness Meditation Series. There will be 4 classes. This series is all about supporting our mindfulness practice and utilizing our practice of loving awareness for our own healing and empowerment. During these stressful and despairing times we need to “get to the cushion” which will help us remember and connect to the good, to the compassionate and to our truth. These months and yes, years, have been increasingly difficult. And the landscape becomes more terrifying each day it seems. How do we hold our own and stay grounded and speak our voice.
Mindfulness Meditation is a powerful resource and tool to do just that – stay grounded and connected to the good, the compassionate, the truth. I hope that you will join me for these 4 Sunday’s in October. Each class will include a talk on the topic and a guided and silent meditation and some time for questions or comments.

These classes will be through Zoom. They will be an hour and 15 minutes. I will be posting a link prior to each Sunday’s class. If you would like to be included please send me your email. Also you may join directly from the link I will provide in FB posts each week. These classes are being offered as donation based. During the class I will provide a link to Venmo for your donation. You do not have to donate to participate. Only if you are able.
