The experience will be led by yoga teacher and healer\, Lyndsay Pennington of Mountain To Mat\, overlooking the beautiful Ojai Valley from our gorgeous viewpoint. \nThis is a time to connect with your mind\, heart\, and body in the picturesque garden surroundings. The session will begin with a peaceful yoga flow\, integrating breath with gentle movement suitable for all ages and levels of mobility. We will close with a meditation accompanied by crystal singing bowls. \nPlease bring your own yoga mat and any props you may find useful\, such as a bolster\, pillow or blocks.
