Growing up in New Orleans, Chef William was inspired and influenced by French Cuisine and the local popularity of French Crepes. French Crepe Nights at Sage in Ojai is a tribute to the local Paris café eateries of New Orleans accompanied by sultry music, wine, and great company. French Crepe Nights at Sage restaurant an exciting destination for all. Crêpes originated from a northwest region of modern France called Brittany. Back then, the crepes were more often used as an everyday meal. Around the 12th century buckwheat was introduced to the region and became the main ingredient for the flat bread. “The buckwheat, people love it because it is healthy.
