Doors open at 5:30 PM for this blues and boogie woogie extravaganza featuring harmonica, piano, sax, drums, guitar, and bass. The band, formed in 2022, comprises Tim Arlon, Karl Hunter, David Franz, and the enigmatic Greg Weiser. Tickets are $15 online, and any unsold seats will be available for walk-up sales on the concert evening.
TD Lind, a UK-born musician who’s been touring Europe and the US since 1990, leads the group. His impressive career includes sharing stages with Sting, Bad Company, and Wilco, as well as releasing five acclaimed albums, including “Mr Little Big Man” produced by the legendary Glyn Johns.
Karl Hunter, a multi-talented instrumentalist based in Ojai, has a remarkable 27-year journey as the saxophone soloist for “Big Bad Voodoo Daddy.” He’s performed with icons like Stevie Wonder, Garth Brooks, and B.B. King.
David Franz, a Californian musician and producer, is recognized for his versatile expertise. He’s founded record labels, co-written songs, and achieved global recognition with his music in movies, TV, and ads.
Greg Weiser, the drummer of the group, maintains an air of mystery, revealing little about his past.
