A Healthier You  is a class that will take place on November 16th from 1:00pm-2:00pm.  Explore food groups, food labels and healthy food choices! Participants will receive education on different topics along with receiving and sampling a healthy recipe.  This nutrition workshop is provided at no cost to our community members by the Ventura County Public Health.  Call 805-646-5122 to reserve your spot. $5.00 suggested donation per class.  Proof of vaccination required.
