Classes

Your first class will typically begin with a group warm up after which you will learn a few basic movements and practice them in sequences. Stretching and conditioning exercises are great ways to catch your breath and integrate class content.

Capoeira class is a great workout for body, mind and spirit. Please wear clothes suitable for movement. We practice outside. It is recommended to bring water and shoes. Students of all experience levels and capabilities are welcome.
