Succulent Gourd Workshop at Poppies
Come have a fun afternoon decorating a gourd with fresh garden succulents!
These will make beautiful seasonal centerpieces, patio decorations or gifts and with weekly spritzing can live a year or longer! This workshop will be led by Linda Steis, local gourd artist, from 1-3 on Saturday, October 14 on the back patio of Poppies Art and Gifts, 323 E. Matilija Street. All supplies will be provided including a selection of gourds from which to choose, mosses, glue. gw1s and glue, succulents, a few beads, feathers and acorns. Participants may bring additional (small) succulent cuttings from your yard and any other decorations you may wish to use to decorate your piece.
