You are invited to join us as we gather on Saturday afternoon for healing, connection and community. “As above, so below” we will tap into the themes of the current astrology for guidance with the Lion’s gate portal on 8/8 bringing abundance, Venus retrograde giving us the opportunity to reevaluate our connections with all forms of LOVE- divine, romantic and brotherly, and the full moon in Leo coming up on August 16 at 8:38 am PST, igniting self-expression and living from the truth of our hearts.
We will open the circle with grounding and anchoring our prayers and intentions for this season of life. You will then be guided on a shamanic breathwork meditation. Alison will use her drum and voice to lead you into a deeper connection with your higher self and the essence of this time of year.
After the breathwork you can relax and melt into the earth as you listen to the healing vibrations of the Gongs and crystal bowls. Your energetic body will be washed clean during the sound healing.
Alison creates a safe space for people to open up and let go of what is no longer serving them. With the use of visualizations, music, essential oils, gong, flute and singing bowls she provides the container for you to journey into yourself.
