About the Event
The middle of February is often a time associated with love, so let’s take some time to turn inward and explore self-love. A strong foundation of self-worth and self-esteem helps us function better emotionally, mentally and socially. Discussions, lessons and prompts in the event will bring aim to learn about and increase self-love.
This event will be held at a trailhead in Ojai and is led by facilitators with mental health and nature experience. The outing will combine hiking, group discussions, journaling and connection activities to encourage sharing, self-reflection, relating, feeling heard and enjoying the natural world.
