We have forgotten the river of dreams. The ancient ones knew that the dream stream was the elixir of the “other” world. For the aboriginal peoples of Australia, the “dream-time” is more “real than” the middle-world space we inhabit. In the Judeo-Christian text (aka The Bible), there are numerous examples of dreams and visions.

The class starts with gentle flow of Qigong to warm up the body and open up all the energy channels in the body, then we use 6-feet wooden sticks to help us stretch in ways that we normally would not be able to without it.

Kids of all ages can join us at the shelter, located at 402 Bryant St. in Ojai, on Wednesdays and Saturdays between 10:30-12:30 and read to our shelter animals.
